Jay A. Nunez
Jay is a practicing mediator throughout Southern California with cases handled from Santa Barbara to San Diego. Jay is also willing to take on cases in other western states and is ready and able to travel to mediate cases.
Jay has been on the mediator panel with the San Diego Superior Court since the mid-1990’s and has conducted other private mediations since the early 2000’s. As a practicing trial lawyer Jay has tried over 130 cases to verdict in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Imperial and San Diego counties. Those cases involved traumatic brain injuries, serious personal injuries, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defects, real property disputes as well as business and insurance claims.
Jay uses his trial experience and expertise in both defense and plaintiff matters, and most importantly as an attorney who tries cases in working with all sides to any dispute to seek a fair, equitable, and final settlement before a case would ultimately head to trial.
